You see pictured above Pittsburgh in 1950 where the origins of the jazz, blues, doo wop and rock n' roll made available on this site began. Originally from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania I received a BA in history from Penn State then moved to Colorado where from 1977-80 I played the Blues with Eagle Park Slim and The Mile High Blues Band. Nineteen seventy-three photo of my family. Pictured back row left to right Dale,Norman and Robert Paul; middle row from left to right is Patty,Mom and Doug. David is pictured in front. All thru the 1980's I played music for a living with various rock n' roll and R&B groups until I formed The Robbie Youngmen Variety Show Company in 1988. Eventually I learned to compose music after writing arrangements for musicians to perform on the gigs. I wrote music for a play (Lester and The Magic Book) while a Sound Designer and technician for The Aurora Fox Arts Center.
